At Levi’s Australia, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
